Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your Faithful Pieces purchase.

We accept returns of unopened, unused puzzles in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To request a return, email faithfulpiecespuzzles@gmail.com with your order number. Please wait for return instructions before mailing your puzzle.

Customers are responsible for return postage. Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we’ll refund the returned puzzle’s purchase price to the original payment method.

Personalized greeting cards and gift-wrapping charges are nonrefundable, except when an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please email faithfulpiecespuzzles@gmail.com with your order number and photos so we can help resolve the problem.
