Shipping policy

Orders are prepared and shipped within 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Standard shipping is included with puzzle orders delivered within the contiguous 48 United States. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii costs extra and is paid by the customer. We currently do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories. Delivery time is additional to preparation time. Estimated arrival dates appear at checkout, and carrier delays may occur.

Each order can ship to one address. If you’re sending gifts to different addresses, please place a separate order for each shipping address.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
